Ian Weggler Bio

Born in Germany but hailing from the beachside town of Geraldton on Western Australia's Coral Coast, Ian Weggler is a young singer-songwriter who was born to play music.  A gifted guitarist from a young age, Ian has spent the first few years of his adult life playing the Midwest, both as a solo performer and in his various band projects, completely dedicating his life to his craft and passion.  Forged by an immensely vast array of influences from artists like Paolo Nutini and Bonnie Raitt to Steely Dan and The Black Crowes, Ian's music is as deliberately crafted and clinically arranged as it is emotionally invested, harrowingly intimate and vulnerable.  Previously garnering comparisons to Ian Moss and Al Di Meola, while also being heralded as having 'more chops than a butcher shop, Ian's live show is an experience in guitar wizardry and heart-on-your-sleeve songwriting.
